"You also said that we were trying to steal the company because thing will be fine until 2015"

You really should re-read what I wrote.  I said 2014-2015 - implying that either 2014 or 2015.  You just chose to focus on 2015 only, for some reason. So I did not turn anything around, it's obvious that revenue is declining, I simply said they have the money to cover the debt that is due in 2013.   Are you arguing that?  I really don't understand what your point is. How is anything that  I wrote turning things around?  If anything you're the one who's turning things around by now all of a sudden saying that they can make it to 2014.

Second of all I never said you were trying to steal the company as you have written many times now.  Show me exactly where I said you were trying to steal the company.  I simply said that if you want to negotiate a deal with YLO before the debts are even due then you would have to include the current shareholders in the deal - but instead you just keep saying that you don't have to do anything and why should you become friends with shareholders etc.  So yes with your rants on what you think you read compared to what is actually written - is flailing.

Now the conversation can end here.
