RE: RE: Lack of clarity on grant is hurting us...

I've avoided wading in on the continual whining about timelines before, but this might be an appropiate time.  First, they are estimates of what will happen in a perfect world.  The world never is.  Stuff happens.  Second, and this goes to those who keep wishing they could have sold their stock at $2.50.  It was so far from ever happening PLEASE stop harping.  There was a rumor of a first conversation which never happened.  We never even got to a term sheet phase - where due diligence begins in earnest and many a deal falls through.  Indeed, we never even got to the part where AQN stated they were interested at that price.  Assuming that this company is riddled with problems (and I don't belive it is) a AQN buyout wasn't going to change that... in fact it wouldn't have even happened if all the problems were actually there.  Saying there are problems and that we should have taken $2.50 when we had a chance assumes they aren't mutually exclusive!  If there are problems, it wouldn't have been bought at $2.50.  If there aren't problems, than it is worth more than $2.50.

Your issue is not with management or delayed timelines, your issue is that this stock has very little volume.  It's hard to get excited about a
.10 jump because the volume just isn't there.  Same with a drop.  Unless we have continual price movement with sufficient volume, the stock price is not reflective of the value and this has to be either played as a long, or as a short where your sale to 'catch' the big price change is likely to undo any theoretical gains you may have.  No one with half a brain day trades a stock with low volume... so you have to see this as a long buy or sell.
