RE: RE: RE: What name should I insert the space?

Further I voted for the changes to the note indenture, and for the move to Ontario.

I would advise people consider those, as the note indenture provides a interest holiday to Oct 5th if they are paid off by then. This could give us breathing room to get a new deal.  Further the note holders agreed to some other things that seem to make it easier to sell the company in the future.

I also voted for the move to Ontario because there was one provision where if we send to the board a request for an extraordinary general meeting with 5% of the vote, they have to do it within 20 days vs a longer period in BC. Everything else seemed similar, except a residency requirement in Ontario for some of the board.

So in theory it would make it a lot easier to call this and have a vote to replace the board and management  if they continue to act in their own and debt holders best interests at the expense of the shareholders.   Whether this happens, or is even remotely likely I don't know.  But it gives us another tool that we can have in our pocket should we need it to replace our completely inept and self serving management team that agreed to this deal, and has presided over pretty much the complete destruction of all shareholder value in a gold company during a gold boom.
