Calling investors homes for backing, sounds like a forsure vote towards this deal going through!!! get real. If i was ISS i would be upset having that companies name dragged into this . I cannot believe the families of the miners and wages lost because of a person walking around in a 2000.00$ suit thinks he knows how to run a profitable mine that actually doesn't, oh ya blame someone else.  Instead of paying wages this company should have offered shares to the workers and then made them believe they still had jobs, then maybe this vote would have went thought for the board of directors. That sounds heartless and unprofessonal !!!!!!!! somehting right up the alley of these guys!!
