y2arm,  Interesting you mention 69 points of concern with the temporary use application.  I agree that more could have been done to address the issues, considering having first hand knoweledge from the failed full scale application.

 

From a legal standpoint, Curis may very well be considered a junior mining company with no mining experiece.  The truth is, (I'm sure you already know this) the company was created by Hunter Dickinson Incrorporated, of Canada.  Take a look at their website, the tile shown on the homepage is "HDI Curis"  The parent company as such has substantial experience in mining.
