ISS ?????

ISS ?????

My first question is, 'Who is ISS? I read they are a leading proxy advisory firm but I haven't found a website yet. They advise shareholders to support First Uranium's asset sales yet they make no attempt at explaining why the NAV for both Ezulwini and MWS has had an incredible fall since December. They offer comments like,' the proposed transactions...offer relatively certain value which is substantially higher than the current market value of the company's shares',. If this value is so certain why don't they state what it is? The problem with these deals remain the fact that we have no idea what we're going to get if we vote yes. If we vote NO at least we get a certain degree of transparency about the process. I would never forgive myself if, after all that has happened, I trusted FIU management again and voted Yes, to find out I got nothing. Sorry Deon van der Mescht and his Canadian henchman John W W Hick, I don't trust either of you. I will vote NO and throw my lot in with other shareholders like Olma and Sprott. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me!   You're not going to fool me twice.
