Yesterday had huge volume but 3.5M of the 9M shares traded were cross trades. These cross trades are interesting as they indicate that these houses are moving shares from one account to another. This is sometimes used to move shares from taxable accounts to non taxable accounts when strong potential for price increases are seen. I take this as further confirmation that good things are happening.
Upon further thought on the deal with PRE, I really like the deal, I think it is good for both companies. It may flush out a competing offer or bring someone else to the table. It certainly reassures the market about our cash position and the faith PRE still has with us. Our BoD will be much stronger and more respected with the 3 new members that PRE has installed. However, I do not see that as a sign of a leak from Jaguar! I would be careful about reading too much into that. This is still a high risk situation! I strongly believe the risk reward is strongly tilted on our side at these low prices but to ignore the risk completly could lead to heavy losses.
Our situation is different then HRN but I do see similarities. I am hoping that our SP follows the path their's did where 3 days after closing the PP, they moved up significantly!
