RE: RE: MY thoughts on MNAP/MNP and PMI

RE: RE: MY thoughts on MNAP/MNP and PMI

On paper MNP works out as a better deal than buying PMI directly.  However, in the course of some research on MNP, if you follow the line of news releases since back in early 2009, you get the vibe that they are hiding info rather than attemtting to be transparent.  IMO of course.

Back in April 2009, they first address the commencement of drilling in Kyrz.  They do not mention the first well again in any news release until it is discussed as a side note in a news release "confirming the geological model" for the second well, both of which were DNA.  Pretty strange considering they updated the markets on every step of the program except the results.  "Drilling well underway" "Second well underway" "second well passes halfway mark" .  Never a good sign that they are strategically releasing information, IMO.

In contrast, PMI has been very direct, even re-vamping the GLJ report for Albania to only include the drill ready prospects.

Add to that my concern that MNP has approx $10M in cash, and may further dilute if it becomes necessary, which I find is much less likely in the near term with PMI.  I hold both, but have recently deployed more cash into PMI rather than MNP>
