The only flaw in your thinking , is that you could sell  your existing position for  greater than .22  . So  I guess your implying that you do have a bit of dry  powder left to float the buy cost  until the you manage to sell of an equal amount of existing position at an equal or higher price. I was looking at assuming you had no dry powder left so you would have to sell  before you buy the PP not the reverse.  Anyway you've got me thinking  of  buying into  the PP  let me know what you find out. If it 's sold out great news if not maybe I make call.
