The figure you highlighted (normalized earnings) is still not 22 cents a share but it is closer (around 19).

I'll have to check on the specific differences between stockhouse normalized earnings and those in the MD&A (see 13 cent adjusted earnings page 17 about 2/3 of the way down).  

The discrepancy between the two is about 30 million and I'm wondering if the stockhouse financials are considering the 30 million income tax payment noted on page 15 of the MD&A as a non-recurring thing.  I think that would be incorrect because, per the annual report, there are about 119 million in deferred income tax liabilities that do, I think, need to be paid off this year.    The MD&A probably assumes they're doing 30 M a quarter while Stockhouse is calling it a one-off 30 million hit?? 

That could be it.   I'll have to look at it in more detail to be sure.
