What to Expect Next

Olma made their concrete proposal as promised but Hick chose to laugh it off. Did Hick and Deon expect Betsky to make an offer on behalf of other suitors? Not his job.

Renova and WMC are totally separate companies. They haven't chimed in yet. These suitors have already declared when and what they will do.

Why is there any controversy? Betsky has set the bar for Anglo and Gold One. Too bad the arrogance and obstinance of FIU management and the current bidders is hindering the process. Again they are costing everyone but themselves money and aggravation.

Just vote "against" the proposals, especially the first three. Leave the appointee line blank (or fill in your own name) to ensure that your voice will be heard.

"South Africa-based Waterpan Mining Company (WMC), along with unnamed investors, aims to bid for a controlling stake in First Uranium if shareholders vote down two proposed deals to sell its main assets at the June 13 meetings, director Chopper van der Bijl said last week."

It seems to me the company thinks shareholders are stupid. Shareholders can deduce that Broadridge, Kingsdale and ISS and now Glass, Lewis are being paid by First Uranium management with shareholder's money. We can also figure out that these companies are paid by management to sway the vote with our money.

But why is management so persistent? Sending out two circulars....calling investors at home.....hiring companies with boiler rooms to make calls....what's driving this? Concern for shareholders??? Bwahahaha. Not on your life.

It is too late. Votes have been cast because shareholders believe the offers are too low....and...FIU management is keeping an hourly count of the votes....they know which way the majority are voting thus the panic by Deon and friends..

The end is near......the date is June 13 when it becomes public. FIU mgmt knows it now and is reacting too late....as usual.
