RE: Notes to financials - Related Party Transactio

Interesting AlternativeView...

I looked over the Annual Financial report and I found some dodgy and questionable transactions.  For example the $5,000.00 that was given to Lou Wolfin's daugther Lisa Wolfin's Wear Wolfin Design clothing company.  Why is the company getting involved in such activities when they should be using the money towards the company's development?  But what really gets me is the $15,000.00 given to the Hazeldene Farms in 2012 and a further $150,000.00 in 2011.  If you look up their business, they breed horses.  I dont understand why Kocken is using money to breed his horses.  Shouldn't the farms be used to feed the people working at the mine the very least.  Its too bad the hard working locals of the town of Bralorne are given a little cash to development their beautiful town.

Also it looks like the 280 tpd isnt going to make the increase by the end of 2013.  It was indicated that the target is to get 280 tpd by 2 or more years.  They said it was mainly due to insufficient mineral resource. Looks to me the $170,000.00 used to spearhead un beneficial companies could have been used to explore the Bralorne Property.

It looks like failed expectations and questionable transactions should have the shareholders give Kocken a retirement.  Sack him and get this company moving in the right direction.

These issues better be raised at the AGM this year....
