I sold my entire remaining position in BPM over the last couple of days, as a result of these questionable transactions.  Unfortunately, I am an eternal optimist and liked the property and low share count.  Seems I should have taken miningman3's advice earlier.

One other transaction that bothered me was the $270,566  payment  to ABC Drilling (Kocken's company) to "be applied towards future drilling services provided to the Company."

It did occur to me that these sorts of payments might be related to the recent change in the CFO.  If I had the job, I would likely have resigned in disgust.  Kocken and the 2 Wolfin's all need to be questioned pointedly about all BS this at the up-coming AGM.
