RE: RE: Grassroots Opposition

RE: RE: Grassroots Opposition

Oh by the way, for every real estate transaction in the surrounding area, there is a disclaimer in the property purchase agreement that states that a mine exists in the surrounding area. It is in fine print and it is legally put there by the state for the past 40 years.  So go read your purchase agreement..... the state has a disclaimer that advises the purchaser of the presence of a mine that has been there for decades.     The grassroots movement should get the lawyers from POWOF and the developers  to address this issue.  Or they should sue their real estate agent for not informing them.
