RE: RE: RE: Lack of skin There is no doubt in my mind that a yes vote equates to getting nothing. Everything points to that, the escrow funds, the asset sales, the lack of anyone in management or their 'independent' advisors committing to any firm number. Why wouldn't AngloGold buy the whole company and then sell the part the don't' want? Answer, because they are an insider and they don't want to be seen openly ripping off their fellow shareholders. By getting Gold One involved it looks like Anglo is being fair and reasonable. The escrow funds are only there to appease the shareholders and when they are emptied and we find out the true sale price of these assets it will be too late.
Like most shareholders I'm looking at a total loss. A yes vote guarantees that loss and a NO vote gives us a fighting chance. Don't let the same management that has lied time and time again hoodwink us one last time. They hate us shareholders because we're not quietly accepting our fate. The next time Kingsdale phones let them know you'll vote yes....... right after they give you a certified check for your losses.
