$50K per flowing barrel is used for Alberta deals because the 50% royalty regime takes away half the profit.

POP has 100% ownership of the wells and a 3% royalty regime. So as extremely conservative numbers, you could use a range from 120 * 100,000 = $12M MCAP to 220 * 100,000 = $22M MCAP. 

Either way, POP is now priced in that range and all other factors, such as 20M GSR shares, exploration potential, etc. have been removed from the equation by the market.

POP could go up or down from here, it makes no difference to me in the short term.  My research says it is undervalued so I add quietly when the heathens are running wild. 

Not sure how anyone figured this company was going to be a moon shot based on on Viking deposit in SW Saskatchewan.  This one little deposit was intended to be a start and it is a good one.  So the company moves forward from here.  Read the presentation and figure it out.  Simple.
