I was wondering the same thing. I didn't think the news release the other day was all that great concidering they have to change the existing processing method within the next 2 years. If the sale doesn't go through that's a lot of dilution unless they happen to find some gold in short order. Something must be up with the merger. Either way, somebody feels like gambling......... Almost 22 million shares traded in the last 3 days
