I am a shareholder and this is a bad deal. This company is showing clear signs of fraudulence. Why are top executives being paid hundreds of thousands of dollars each per year with investors money when they only have revenue of $50,000! CEO does nothing for the company yet he somehow deserves $180,000 salary plus stock options, bonuses and tens of thousands of dollars in travel expenses. They are in debt to the tune of $40 million dollars and have diluted the stock countless times. It jsut seems to me that this company has mismanaged investors money and it is getting to the point where they cannot escape the debt.  They need to seel the company.

I would like to hear your opinion on their balance sheet?
