just added up all the bids right down to .01 cents and there was a total of 399,000 on the bid. ( had to go into my trading dashboard to see that low ) . If the person or persons that want to sell 1,000,000,000 plus shares at .23 cents decided to just dump them at market ..... Hmmmmmmmm......
