Who knows CQE management could screw the whole thing and get us to below $1.00 in 6 months.

I may be wrong, but is this not a SHARE TRADE offer, meaning all ONR shares turn into CQE shares, thus ONR is NOT trading on TSX. Then we OWN shares of CQE, the amalgamated company????

Appreciate clarification!
