let's hope so... but it is a false argument.  Anyone who wants to keep their stake in LFD's prospects could take the 10 cent div and use it to buy more of the leveraged smaller LFD.   Salida and any institutions could finance the new LFD and get units with warrants.

THere is no advantage to not getting a .10 dividend for shareholders when it is priced at 10 cents.  That's just math.

Ironically Salida in spanish means 'exit'.....  the only ones who want to exit are management to get their severance pay.
