RE: RE: RE: ADEQ requested information

RE: RE: RE: ADEQ requested information

I was hoping to start a dialog regarding whats currently going on with the project.  Afterall, this BB was created for the purpose of investors and others to discuss ideas and share information regarding a particualr stock.  Considering our past disagreements I'm not sure why I was expecting anything more.  I will say again as I have said many times before that it is not my desire for Curis to fail.  Because you have been unwilling to discuss any of the difficult issues faced by the project I can only surmise that you are either employed by the company or heavily on the downside with your investment.

The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) is a public agency that is reponsible for protecting the health and envrionment of the people in the state of Arizona.  ADEQ serves the people not the applicant.  If a person wants to know what is happening with a permit, all they have to do is ask.  There is nothing secretive about the process of applying for an aquifer protection permit.  ADEQ is an entity and not a single person.  So to clarify, ADEQ is "the source" for information regarding environmental permits in the state of Arizona.

P.S. That reference to Walmart was kind of funny.
