The Company's segments include Exploration and Production, Transportation and Logistics, and Refining, Petrochemicals and Biofuels. The Company's Transportation and Logistics segment includes the transportation of crude oil, motor fuels, fuel oil and other refined products, including diesel and biofuels. Ecometals Completes Sale of Condor Gold Project

Ecometals Limited (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:EC)(BERLIN:GDQ)(FRANKFURT:GDQ) announces, further to its news release dated May 2, 2012, that it has received the final instalment of the purchase price in respect of the sale by the Company to Ecuador Capital Corporation of the Condor Gold Project. This now completes the sale of the Condor Gold Project.
