Subject: negative Stans Info
My friend, I'm sorry to bother you again, but the time has come that an officer of the company, yourself or Mr. Mackay, must, and I emphasise must, issue an official statement to the shareholders as to the present and future mandate(s) of Stans Energy and rare earth mining in the country of Kyrgystan.
Rumours are running ramped and investors are abandoning Stans stock faster than the potential survivors bailing off the Titanic.
Stories such as the Kyrgy's Government will not renew Stan's mining license, are resulting in the sell off of hundreds of thousands shares from major companies such as the Scotia and National Banks. As a result the share price is in a, what looks like, unrecoverable tailspin.
I'm not sure if investors and investor confidence is a concern of the company, but it must affect Stans in some way, shape or form or the company wouldn't be trading on the open stock market.
As mentioned the stockholders both present and future must, at least, know which direction Stans has elected to take, good or bad, but I can't emphasize strongly enough THE TIME IS NOW!
Your quick response would be greatly appreciated and if you can't post it on your web site I will gladly post it on the Stans Bullboard.
Sincerely and Best Regards
XXXX"
His reply is as follows:
"
Hello XXXX,
This past Monday, our Managing Director of Stans KG and our legal representatives attended a meeting, where minutes were taken, at the State Geological Agency where we received a unanimous verbal approval for a licence extension through the end of 2014 for Kutessay II. We are waiting the official signed documents to begin the next round of negotiations. Until we have a signed document we cannot issue a press release relating to the specifics of the agreement. These media reports regarding our licence are not something we can comment as we are not aware of the authors motives. The framework of the agreement was briefly posted online at www.geology.kg, an official Kyrgyz government website and then removed for unknown reasons.
I will provide you with further information as it becomes available.
Regards,
David"
I hope this will calm down the board!
