It may take a few days or months before filling a gap ... and sometimes it's never filled.

About the PP:

Normally, when investors have a great interest in participating in the PP, the stock price goes down quickly with good volume under the price of funding because existing shareholders sell their shares to buy in the PP which offers a free option for each share....
