RE: $0.13 is Current Cash Value... As of today, there is Zero Value being added for Compliance's Raven Coal project.
Down on 11k shares, and as soon as Qestrade sold at market this morning, the bids came in.
World markets are a mess, but CEC trading at cash value is a joke, IMO. CEC will have its day. atb
