RE: RE: Clear signs of Fraud:

It's a major fraud. If you are a share holder we might have a class action lawsuit as I am in discussions with attorneys regarding what we can do. They have clearly been misleading investors about their technology and its potential. Now they are doing a reverse merger with a company that doesnt even have a federal incorperation. I have searched for "Active Witness" in British Columbia and have found nothing. Why are they paying $11 million for this company? What are their sales? Why would this company merge with a company that is in debt over $30 million dollars? Simple. Reverse mergers are undertaken by companies who are private but want to go public and dont want to face the gruesome task of going through the regulators. Sino Forest is an example of a reverse merger. Many time reverse mergers are frauds. The private company will become public. They will "cook the books" and then sell all their shares netting them a nice profit. The company goes bankrupt. Unsuspecting shareholders lose big time. Anybody remember YBM Magnex on the TSX late 90's?
