Its a U.K. company. Isee3d claims the Active Witness they are being taken over by is a B.C. cooperation. However there are no public records about this company they claim is incorperated in BC. If Isee3D's technology was any good or at least as good as the management claims then the company would have been bought out a long time ago by either a major microscope/endoscope manufacturer or some other 3D company like 3D Systems (DDD) which has made 4-5 aqcuisitions in the last year or so. I couldnt even find this Active Witness in the Yellow Pages.
I am and will continue to review Isee3D's financial statements and do a full investigation. I assure you if a fraud has been committed I will find it and the management will face the justic system just like Earl Jones and others.
