The arrogance of Ryder is what is upsetting.  Does he not think that he should address the shareholders.  All ryder has been doing for the past few years is waiting for a miracle to happen with reference to financing.   Everyone keeps talking about the goods being in the ground.  Are they really because if they were for certain we would not be in the predicament that we presently are in. So what makes Ryder a worthy CEO, is it his geological prowess or is it his leadership abilities.  It makes one wonder that a different ceo could have meant a different ending to this.  One thing is certain it could not have been worst. glta
