No one on this board have made that claim other than that ABM has benifted already and probably will again, as the all season Kearl pit is now ready to supply aggregate for every requirement including highway 63.

The facts have been presented, unlike your distorted posts which are all negative, and intended to bash content and posters, not only on this board but on every board that you flit and post on.

Highway construction requirements tend to follow a 4 /2/1 tonnage ratio consisting of subgrade ( coarse )preparation, then  base course, and followed by asphalt course.

Aggregates will be needed for all three and ABM is well situated to  provide all three.

The total upgrade costs will be about $150 million this year, and that will probably double should construction acceleration be approved due to public pressure.

In any event, highway aggs is just one of ABM,s potential customers, oil sands being the largest.
