I don't know about the status of the TRO's in the US. Appeared to be a cost effective way to market loyalty programs. Also there would be more motivation to acheive sales if the TRO's can sell their territory rights back to Futura after 2 years based on a fair market value. I think they also would have received a monthly salary to help things along, especially in the early stages.

 

Futura advertised for a TRO in Edmonton/Calgary (probably means the whole of Alberta) back on Feb 2, 2012 on Linkedln (Job ID:2497900). Same criterion as for the US. The TRO's would get $3000/month plus commission.

 

They say they trained 6 sales reps for the US, but were these TRO's or are to be full-time employees of Futura?
