They've lost well over 10 million dollars on this company. That's massive wealth destruction. Also it looks like the cash burn rate is about a million $ a month. As of the March filing they had 3 million in cash. That must put them near broke. Good luck trying to finance in this market. The only thing moving the price is the poor suckers buying into your scam.
