From what I gather reading the miningmx article from Saturday Jun.02.2012, WMC says they should have a proposal to FIU management by the end of this week. If this transpires thats all shareholders will need to make an informed discision on voting. If they voted yes online they can go back on line and change it. If they already mailed in ther proxy and voted yes and want to change it call kingsdale shareholder services. I don't think WMC wil lwait until after the vote anymore to present their offer. they are biting at the bit to get these assets and I believe we would be better off concidering anything they have to offer. Just my thoughts.
