I'm absolutely confident that IF /when the offer comes in that Anglo will be putting in a counter,  they would be foolish to not.... 

 

Look, We have a good idea as to what this is worth realistically.  It's been pointed out numerous times already,  MWS at 400 million is still a steal, and Ezulwini at 150 million  is an even bigger deal.

That means  roughly 600 million   for the two.   If that debt was paid off  that would leave roughly 250 million  or north of 1 dollar a share and that includes Anglo's portion.  So how much more would it cost Anglo to get MWS?

 

well let's say they offer 500 million total but make a deal where their shares are not counted in the distribution of the remaining funds after everything is paid. So take their 70 million out of the picture 

they sell Ezulwini for 100 million,  that means they pay 400 million for MWS which is a GREAT DEAL

that would leave roughly 170 million remaining for distribution of 160 million shares.  Still north of a buck.

 

In all AGA would be paying 70 million more than their present offer.
