RE: Bomgar + Dell The way I read that: it's a news release by Bomgar advertising the fact that Dell service people will be using Bomgar's technology to communicate with Dell's customers who need technical support. From Dell's point-of-view, all they are doing is purchasing a Bomgar service, so if Bomgar is infringing, it's Bomgar's problem, not Dell's. Not the same thing as when Dell was distributing software to its customer's allowing the customers to login anywhere they wished.
