I still see the seller at 18.5 and I think they might be in the "10 cent mindset". If you only looked at the stock for the past 60 days you would think wow that 10 cent wind stock is up to 18....but for some of the long term holders out there they know this is a $2 stock that had some temporary troubles. They aren't out of the woods yet but they might be out of the 10 cent woods at least. Next well get out of the 20 cent woods and so on.....hopefully all the way back to $2!
