All good points. One of the problems with sacking or accepting resignations from the board and management is replacing them. A good pool of talent would be found at AngloGold and Village but who would trust those guys? Anglo really blew it when they didn't put their mark on the company after buying 20%. Any moves now will be viewed with suspicion. There is no road to redemption for the current management team and they know it so I don't think they will willingly back a WMC bid or cancel the June 13 vote. This is going to be a brawl.
