really_in_to_it,  Thanks for the post.  

Did I miss something though?   One would think they would wait to announce commencement of construction until  after the loan was closed and funded. Yes, it's suppose  to close soon but until it does.......   Another case of a missed opportunity?   We probably  would have gotten a bit of an upward move if they first announce the closing of that loan and then made the "we have begun..." comment.  Just my opinion
