Yes this stock is a gamble. I agree with everything you say about rollbacks. But this stock does need a rollback to continue.

It appears that there are many issues for the company to deal with. This in itself raises doubts about the company's future. I would like the debt cleared up. I can't see anyone giving them money with that debt on the books.

If they want to give the company another try, they better have a good strategy in place. The past 4 years will be held against them by shareholders should a rollback take place.

I was thinking about Futura Rewards and whether that program should continue. Then they wanted to try "Dealer Dollars" both here and in the US. Then also to be a reseller of 3rd party currencies, On top of everything, create custom loyalty programs for retailers. Seems like overkill for this struggling company and is probably why operating costs are high.

>>>"BayWall, I do admire how you've somehow remained positive throughout this ride".

Personally, I would like to know what was going through the mind of David Beutel when he loaned the company millions directly or indirectly during the past 5 years. Exactly what were his expectations for this company. The loans have to be repaid with interest. Some of these loans came in before and some after the Aeroplan deal in 2009. Other loans were for the earlier Futura Rewards program.

It's been clear for years now, that revenues can't support the loans. Yet loans were still provided. It's beyond comprehension.
