Does anyone have any knowledge of the BCSC hearing outcome and the Tanzania Appeal Court decision?

Is there any possibility that the outcome of these two decisions has been influential in placing the company in a holding position for the time being?

Would there not be sufficient drilling evidence at this point to conclude whether a PEA is a viable alternative.  In other words, why spend $5 million if it is known that future production is unlikely.  Does $5 million appear to be a releastic figure for a PEA of this nature.  Seems like a lot of money to spend if there is a less than 50% chance of production occuring.

Like to hear some objective feedback.

Garth
