Odd Morabito comment about Lower Churchill supplying Kami's power requirements. Lower Churchill not going to be finished until 2017 to 2020 (if it survives the current political climate). Way too late for Kami's start-up in 2015. There is enough power capacity at Churchill Falls to supply the project, right?
