As a matter of fact I do not and here is why.  if you go as back to 2009 you will see in Avr presentations references to the mill expansion and the deadlines. The mill expansion started in early 2010 and was suspended in May, 2012 with reporteded 80 percent of the work completed. So, for more then two years Avr had ample opportunities to complete the mill expansion.  To compare the time required to update an exsiting mill I would suggest you go to Semafo webside and check for yourself the time Semafo required to first double, then triple and then quadripled their existing Mana mill from 2000 tpd to 4000 and to 8000 tpd.

Sorry but I do not accept the Mali excuses for work which should have been done long time before the time of the coup in Mali.

Are you also aware of the cost overun involved in this mill expansion?  Had Avr completed the mill expansion in time and on budget we would not have been in this boat.
