But remember, everything I've posted is just my interpretation.  Obviously the market feels differently, hence the sell-off in recent months. One thing that could hurt the value of this acquisition is a continued fall in oil prices.  As was pointed out in a Report on Business story today, if crude gets much below 80 bucks, activity in the oilsands could drop off dramatically, causing a large drop in demand for drilling services.  As you can probably gather, that is not my expectation, but it's good to be aware of the downside risks...

I've been in this stock since late 2006, not planning on exiting any time soon, but as we all know, circumstances can change.
