RE: RE: Vote out the Scoundrels!
RE: RE: Vote out the Scoundrels! Please excuse me for the typos such as for the word amortisation... The typos spring up unnoticed. The point to rememeber with Bonanza is that they have an operating mine whose profitability is of a better order than what was deemed as possible once the price of gold was much lower . Check out the old reports containing estimates of the profitability of the undertaking from 2005-2006. Things can only be much better than they were then
To repeat my earlier posting:
Since I don't know too much about financials, I guess that I'll be stuck trusting the most recognised opinion on this message board. I'm personally of the opiniion that the corporation seems in good financial health . Although, others may see things differently. Like earlier stated , I tend to enjoy following stock forums such as this one to get an idea of the inner workings of the market without risking too much myself. With mining corporations it comes down to assessing the potential of a property which is best uncovered taking hold of relevent data. It is interesting to note that such high risk junior mining corporations whose exploration is often essential to advance the cause of the majors will continue operating until the ability to raise capital becomes seriously eroded. Since they are deemed as too risky to hold debt this continues with further stock emissions until their stock price is sufficiently depressed to make such emissions futile but mostly because of a lack of investor interest . In this instance this corporation has passed such a hurdle and has an operating mine on its own without any need for a partnership. Furthermore earlier indications available through their WEB site seems fairly clear as to the potential of this corporation which nonetheless suffers from a lack of image because of a lack of interest , such interest being essential to support the value of this equity... They are basically past the point of having to go out on the streets to raise capital...Since they have an operating mine, they are therefore able to generate cash flow . The financial statements are from before the time they started operating... Since the advent of operation the cash flow before amortisation must be impressive in resulting from the sale of gold at a steep mark-up to initial projections, such gold also currently being produced at relatively low cost from an enriched stockpile of ore .
