Jim Bagwell, are you out there?

Jim Bagwell, are you out there?

Mr. Bagwell,

I would like to publicly ask you exactly what it is that you do for a living?

You don't issue news releases,

You don't respond to email from shareholders. (I'll give you the benefit of the doubt, maybe you've been on vacation fro the last 2 weeks?)

Bonanza is a gold mine, literally. You are mining ore, allegedly at the rate of 100 oz per day. Yet there is complete silence form the company.

When is the last time any insider bought a single share? Given that the stock price is down more than 50% in less than a year, why isn't every single insider buying stock with every spare penny you have?

The only reason I am still holding my shares is in the hope that BZA will be bought out by another company, one that knows how to operate a mind, and how to maximize shareholder value through communications. "No news is NOT good news."
