The Farnell operating group primarily supports lower-volume customers and distributes a portfolio of kits, tools, electronic components, industrial automation components, and test and measurement products to both engineers and entrepreneurs, through an e-commerce channel. I would think that that is a good sign. By exercising their options when they are barely in the money - they are putting their personal money into the company. This would tell me that they are relatively confident that something is soon to happen.
