Archangel take off the blinders. Debono came in and said that they were getting into the multi billion dollar a year medical industry and this would result in tens of millions of dollars per year of sales for Isee3D. First, this is a guy who has zero experience in this industry. Many of his past businesses went bankrupt. Isee3D has over $30 mil in debt and they are now buying a start up company founded last year for over $11 mil. And now we are seing that Debono's plans are bankrupt again. They would not be getting taken over by a company that produces or is trying to produce cctv and surveillance equipment. what the hell are they going to do with Isee3D's technology? Are you going to sit there with 3D glasses on and watch your surveillance cameras? Come on lets get serious. Active Witness wants to go public and clearly they could not pass the regulatory requirements to go public so they are doing a reverse takeover, same thing YBM Magnex did and same thing Sino Forest did.

 

There are dozens of public companies whos valuations are in the hundreds of millions and whos ceo's take in less salary than the top three at Isee3D. Whats wrong with you people wake up and smell the coffee. Some of you are like sheep its pathetic. You let these corperations screw you from behind. Do you think they give a dam about you? Debonehead has made hundreds of thousands of dollars since he took over as ceo and this deal will probably make him even more money. And you and me will get screwed. Even if we tripple from here we are still screwed.
