Rob BaKShi is obviously a smart guy

who sold his previous business for90 million. I believe the new company will operate in two distintive fields in which they have expertise (ie 3d technology plus tech software ). We therefore have revenue opportunity from two sources. At least we have a chance of moving ahead because of the funding provided and there was no other option on the table; without this offer I believe the Company would have failed JMO.
