really_in_to_it,   Of the reverse splits I've had the "pleasure" of suffering, in each and every case NEW [additional] shares magically appeared. 

For example if Largo has 1.2 Billion shares and did a 10:1 reverse split we should end up with 120 million shares but I'll virtually guarantee it will be more like 150 million shares.   Where do these shares come from?  They're "created" by management and divided among themselves further watering down OUR investment.  Most here are too interested in counting their imaginary  $ Millions rather than paying attention to the fact WE are being shafted by Mark Brennan.  He's "slippery" and that's a fact.
