What did you expect?  As far as I know a corporation can declare a dividend anytime it wants without having to submit it to vote on the AGM and as for the merger or whatever Wade has in store for us, I would be shocked if they would be able to have a MOU by year end at the snail´s pace that everyhing goes with Mart. Should change name to Mañana Mañana Inc.
